Order Cancellation/Refund Policy

To cancel an order, just click on your student's name like you were going to make an order.  Their orders for rest of the month will appear.  There will be a cancel button by each order.  Just click on that and your account will be credited properly.

IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE ITEM ORDERED FOR THAT DAY, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GO BACK ONTO THE MENU TO CANCEL THE OTHER ITEMS.  CANCELING ONE ITEM DOES NOT CANCEL ALL ITEMS. 

At the bottom of the menu, the deadline for cancellations is published.  Please do not email your cancellation.

Christian Catering allows for a customer to cancel an order up until the posted time on the menu of the morning of the placed order.  Once the order is canceled, the amount will be credited to the customers account and then will be used with the next order.

For students that leave the school with outstanding orders, a refund will be made to the customer.
